Ways to Stay on Track of A Healthy Lifestyle is your blueprint to a lifelong healthy lifestyle. The purpose of this book is to show you how to stay on track of your healthy lifestyle regime regardless of what you are experiencing, regardless of what you don’t have, regardless of whatever is threatening your wellbeing mentally, physically, and spiritually.  I see it all the time when someone experiences a loss or unexpected event and it takes them away from their health journey.  The results are always the same:  weight gain, sickness, depression, low self-esteem, guilt, and the dread of starting over.

Living a healthier lifestyle is your answer to longevity, happiness, and health maintenance.  This book is designed by me for you to understand that living a healthier lifestyle is fulfilling.  It is fun, exciting, and most important of all, you will have a starting foundation on where to begin.  The best start to your health journey is your mindset.  Once your mind believes and visualizes how you want to feel, and look, you will be well on your way to those results. Don’t pay attention to what society says healthy is.  Healthy is your individualized state of overall wellbeing, spirituality, physical fitness, and mental stability.  For each person, that is different.
