Life is a Gift: My Every Day Guide is a short but sweet and in-depth look at my daily routine. I get asked all the time how I maintain my body and mind year around. What people see now is not how it always used to be. Over the years, I have created a routine that works in favor of my way of life. The routine gives me the ability to stay healthy and on track no matter what’s going on around me. This routine has helped my overall well-being. Even if I miss a day, I have practiced it for years and I am able to jump right back into my routine.
How To Use This Guide
I am sharing this routine with you so that you not only see what my daily routine consists of but to help you create one of your own. Use the information in the guide to find out what works best for you. Whether it be just adding meditation to your daily routine or setting up a nighttime routine to help you prepare for the next day. Having a routine will keep you on track and productive in your daily life. It will help you plan ahead your meals, stay grounded, and get adequate rest.
But remember, what will work for everyone will be different.
If you don’t currently have a daily routine, my recommendation is to add one or two things at a time. For example, adding meditation and journaling to your morning routine and practicing it for 21-30 days. Then add another habit. The goal is to create a routine that will help you stay on track with your goals, not to overwhelm you with a bunch of new routines that may or may not work with your lifestyle. It’s important to focus on the process and not the end goal.
I believe this guide is a great blueprint to help you create a customized daily routine that will enhance your mindset, productivity, and overall outlook on life.
